Hi Aldrin, sorry for the late reply - I've just got back from FMX Festival in Stuttgart, it's been a busy week! I used the panasonic HVX-200 and recorded in 720p. A very fast shutter speed was used (1/2000 I believe) to ensure zero motion blur which is important for a stable track. Motion blur can then be added later using reelsmart motion blur and other tools.
